National Work Life Week

It is National Work Life Week!
Finding a balance between work and personal lives is an issue we all face and has been voted one of the most important factors UK workers are facing.
National Work Life Week was established to promote the importance of a good work life balance for all employees. The week focuses on raising awareness and providing lots of helpful advice, top tips and ideas for enhancing wellbeing in the workplace.
One of the behaviours we uphold at Stormwater management is encouraging a healthy work/life balance and recognising the value of flexibility given and received. It is extremely important to the business that our team uphold this behaviour and encourage our team to speak up if they feel they need more support. Whether it is leaving early for a child’s school play or support during a difficult time the company is supportive and flexible in its approach.
